The Office of the Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority based in Russia, in cooperation with the travel magazine "National Geographic Traveller" and the famous Russian photograph Kirill Umrikhin, is currently hosting an open-air photo exhibition in Moscow on the theme "Mauritius - Ocean of Colours".
It is beyond words what beauty Mauritius Island holds in its deep waters. The island itself is one of the most beautiful places on planet Earth with its lush forest wildlife, waterfalls, and breathtaking turquoise lagoons with complimentary white sparkly sand.
It was once said that Mauritius has been blessed by the gods ... . And seeing all these beautiful beaches, one can only confirm these claims . This little gem lost in the heart of the Indian Ocean is still more than a dream with these turquoise waters that instill such diamond dust at the slightest glimmer of the sun.
Mauritius Island offers more than beaches and scenic views. It is a golfing holiday destination as well, with resorts combined with sun-drenched golf courses having amazing fairways winding through luxuriant tropical flora or set between mountains and the sea.
